# The Charities Act 2008 (Transitional Provision) Order (Northern Ireland) 2013, Article 1: Citation and commencement


This Order may be cited as the Charities Act 2008 (Transitional Provision) Order (Northern Ireland) 2013 and shall come into operation on 19th August 2013.
