# The Charities Act 2011 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2013, Paragraph 3: Ongoing charity proceedings


Any charity proceedings—
(a) relating to a specified exempt charity; and
(b) taken before 1st September 2013,
continue on or after that day as if they had been authorised by the Commission.
