# Charities Act 2011, Paragraph 110


In Schedule 2, in paragraph 10(2)(b), for “charity trustee (within the meaning of the Charities Act 1993 (c. 10))” substitute “ charity trustee (within the meaning of the Charities Act 2011) ”.
