# Charities Act 2011, Paragraph 117


In Schedule 4, in—
(a) paragraph 4(7) and
(b) paragraph 8(6),
for “ “charity trustee” has the same meaning as in the Charities Act 1993 (c. 10)” substitute “charity trustee” has the same meaning as in the Charities Act 2011 ”.
