# Charities Act 2011, Paragraph 138


In section 86(1)(e)—
(a) in sub-paragraph (i), after “under” insert “ section 79(2)(a) of the Charities Act 2011 or ”, and
(b) in sub-paragraph (ii), for “that provision” substitute “ section 18(2)(i) of the 1993 Act ”.
