  "text": "In section 7, for subsection (2) substitute—\n“(2) Nothing in this Act affects—\n(a) any power of the court (within the meaning of the Charities Act 2011) or the Charity Commission to establish a scheme for the administration of a charity, or\n(b) the power of the Charity Commission under section 105 of that Act to authorise dealings with trust property.”",
