# Charities Act 2011, Paragraph 64


In section 79A—
(a) for “section 13 of the Charities Act 2006)” substitute “ section 25 of the Charities Act 2011) ”, and
(b) for “subsection (2) of that section” substitute “ section 26(2) of that Act ”.
