  "text": "In Schedule 2, for paragraph 5(4) substitute—\n“(4) In sub-paragraph (1)(d) “registered charity” means--\n(a) a charity which is registered in accordance with section 30 of the Charities Act 2011, or\n(b) a charity which by virtue of subsection (2) of that section is not required to be so registered.”",
