  "text": "(1) In this Part—\n“land” means land in Northern Ireland;\n“mortgage” includes a charge; and\n“rentcharge” means a periodical payment charged on land.\n(2) Nothing in section 57 or 58 applies to any disposition of land by way of mortgage or other security.",
