# Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2013, Section 10: Commencement


(1) This Act, except sections 4 and 5(1), comes into operation on the day after Royal Assent.
(2) Sections 4 and 5(1) come into operation on such day or days as the Department may by order appoint.
