Paragraph 26 Use of land

The land specified in the Schedule hereto shall continue to be appropriated and used for the provision, in the interests of social welfare, of facilities for the recreation and other leisure time occupation of the residents of the area of benefit; subject to this use, the land shall be available for access for recreation by the public at large.
