The Charity is currently administered by the Clergy Orphan Corporation Acts 1809 and 1958 (“the Clergy Orphan Corporation Acts”) and is formally known as “the Governors for the Society for clothing, maintaining and educating poor orphans of clergymen of the Church of England and of the Church in Wales”.",
