Regulation 2 Amendment of the Charities (Exception from Registration) Regulations 1996

The Charities (Exception from Registration) (Amendment) Regulations 1996^f1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 4(1) (temporary exception of certain religious charities connected with certain bodies) for the words “until 1st October 2002” substitute “until 1st October 2007”.
