  "text": "The Charities (Exception from Registration) Regulations 1996 are amended as follows:\n(a) in regulation 4(1) for “until 1st October 2007”, substitute “until 1st October 2012”;\n(b) in regulation 4(2) for “a body”, substitute “one or more of the bodies”;\n(c) for regulation 4(2)(a), substitute—\n“(a) having as its trustee, or one of its trustees, a trust corporation connected with—\n(i) the body; or\n(ii) one of the bodies,\nwith which the charity is connected.”",
