# The Charities (John Lyon Road Trust) Order 1991, Paragraph 12: Investment Committee.


The Trustee may delegate any of its functions relating toinvestment to an Investment Committee consisting of any two or more ofits own members on such terms as it thinks fit: Provided that thoseterms shall include a requirement that the Investment Committee reportas soon as reasonably possible to a full meeting of the Trustee anythingdone by or in relation to that Committee.
