# The Charities (John Lyon Road Trust) Order 1991, Paragraph 13: Sale.


Subject to the authority of a further Order or Orders ofthe Commissioners the Trustee may at any time sell the whole or any partof any such land appropriated for use for the purposes of the Charity inaccordance with clause 2(2) above.
