# The Charities (John Lyon Road Trust) Order 1991, Paragraph 16: Repair and insurance.


(1) The Trustee shall keep in repair and insure to their full value against fire and other usual risks all the buildings of theCharity not required to be kept in repair and insured by lessees ofthose buildings.
(2) The Trustee shall effect suitable insurance against publicliability and employer’s liability.
