Laid before the Scottish Parliament 18th April 2024
Coming into force 1st June 2024
The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 15(1)(b), 52(1) and (3A) and 103(2)(a) of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
