Regulation 2 Amendment of the Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisations Regulations 2011

The Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisations Regulations 2011^f1 are amended as follows.

The heading of regulation 9 (name and status) becomes “Specified documents”.

After regulation 9, insert—

“Required information

10.

In addition to its name and the fact that it is a SCIO as required by section 52(1) to (3) of the 2005 Act, a SCIO must state in legible characters on all documents listed in regulation 9 issued or signed by, or on behalf of, the SCIO on or after 1 June 2024—

(a)

the registered number allocated to it by OSCR as part of the registration process, and

(b)

its working name^f2 (if any).”.
