# The Charities References in Documents (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2008, Regulation 2: Amendment


The Charities References in Documents (Scotland) Regulations 2007 are amended as follows–
(a) in regulation 4(d), delete “bills of exchange”; and
(b) at the end of regulation 4 add–
“(k) bills of exchange, other than those which are cheques within the meaning of section 73 of the Bills of Exchange Act 1882”.
