# The Charities References in Documents (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2011, Introduction: Introductory text

Coming into force 1st May 2012
The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
