# The Charities References in Documents (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2011, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations amend the Charities References in Documents (Scotland) Regulations 2007. Those Regulations specify documents which, if issued by or on behalf of a charity, must include certain information. These Regulations add to the list of specified documents the home page on a website operated by or on behalf of a charity.
