# The Charities References in Documents (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2011, Regulation 2: Amendment of the Charities References in Documents (Scotland) Regulations 2007


At the end of regulation 4(k) (specified documents) of the Charities References in Documents (Scotland) Regulations 2007 insert—
“;
(l) the home web page on a website operated by or on behalf of the charity”.
