In regulation 2—

(a)

in paragraph (2), for “charity with a gross annual income of £250,000 or more” substitute “large charity”;

(b)

in paragraph (2)(g), for “notices of objection to” substitute “representations in relation to”; and

(c)

in paragraph (2)(h), for “objectors” substitute “those persons making representations”.
