Introductory text

The Charity Commission for England and Wales has settled the Scheme set out in the Schedule to this Order in accordance with section 73(1)(a) of the Charities Act 2011^f1 with a view to its being given effect under section 73(2)^f2 of that Act.

The Scheme does not go beyond the powers exercisable apart from section 73 of the Charities Act 2011 in altering any statutory provision contained in, or having effect under, any public general Act of Parliament.
