# The Charities (The Peabody Donation Fund) Order 1997, Paragraph 15: Quorum


(a) Except as provided in sub-clause (b) below no business shall be transacted at any meeting unless there are present not less than the number of Governors determined as set out below:

(b) If the number of Governors falls below 8 the Governors may act for the purpose of increasing the number of Governors to 8 but for no other purpose.
