  "heading": "Determination of membership of the Council.",
  "text": "A Trustee shall cease to hold office if he or she:\n(1) is disqualified from acting as a Trustee on the Council by virtue of section 72 of the Charities Act 1993;\n(2) becomes incapable by reason of mental disorder, illness or injury of managing and administering his or her own affairs;\n(3) ceases to be a Member of the Charity;\n(4) is absent from three consecutive meetings of the Council without reasonable excuse and the Council resolve by a two thirds majority that his or her office be vacated;\n(5) is discharged from office by a two thirds majority resolution of the Council;\n(6) is discharged from office by a simple majority of the Members at a general meeting;\n(7) reaches the age of 75 years unless the Members at a general meeting resolve otherwise;\n(8) notifies to the Council a wish to resign (but only if at least three Trustees will remain in office when the notice of the resignation is to take effect).",
