The Lord Chancellor makes the following Rules in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 2B of the Charities Act 1993^f1, and after consultation with the Administrative Justice and Tribunals Council in accordance with section 8 of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992^f2.
