Rule 12 Consolidation of appeals or applications
Where two or more appeal notices have been filed the Tribunal may direct that the appeals or the applications or any particular issue raised in the appeals or applications be consolidated or heard together—
(i)
in respect of the same matter;
(ii)
in respect of separate issues in the same matter; or
(iii)
which involve the same or similar issues.
