Rule 8 Signature of documents

Any requirement in these Rules or in a direction of the Tribunal for a document to be signed by a person is satisfied, in the case of a document which is sent electronically in accordance with these Rules or with a direction of the Tribunal, by that person producing the name using a computer or other mechanical means.
