  "long_title": "The Charity Tribunal Rules (Northern Ireland) 2010 (“the Rules”) regulate the practice and procedure of proceedings before the Charity Tribunal for Northern Ireland (“the Tribunal”) established by section 12 of the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008 (“the Act”). The Tribunal has jurisdiction to hear appeals and applications for review from certain decisions of the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland (“the Commission”) and to consider matters referred to it by the Attorney General or, with the Attorney General’s consent, the Commission (a reference being made before the Tribunal has made any decision in relation to the proceedings in which the question being referred has arisen).",
