The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 17(4) and 26 of the Local Government Act 1992f1, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, in relation to the provisions of the Hereford and Worcester (Structural, Boundary and Electoral Changes) Order 1996f2, hereby makes the following Order:
