Article 11 Officers

(1)

Charter trustees may appoint such officers as they think necessary for the proper discharge of their functions.

(2)

Sections 112(2) and (5) and 114 to 119 of the Act shall apply in relation to officers appointed by charter trustees as they apply in relation to officers appointed by parish councils, subject to any necessary modifications.
