# The Charter Trustees Regulations 2009, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and application

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Charter Trustees Regulations 2009 and come into force on 1st April 2009.
(2) These Regulations apply in relation to charter trustees established by an order under section 7 of the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007.
