Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Chemical Weapons Act 1996 (Guernsey) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 1st April 2000.

In this Order–

  • “Guernsey” means the Bailiwick of Guernsey; and

  • “the Act” means the Chemical Weapons Act 1996.
