  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Chemical Weapons (Notification) (Amendment) Regulations 2004 and shall come into force on 7th October 2004.\n(2) In these Regulations —\n“the principal Regulations” means the Chemical Weapons (Notification) Regulations 1996;\n“electronic communications network” has the same meaning as in section 32 of the Communications Act 2003.",
