# The Cherwell (Electoral Changes) (No. 2) Order 2017, Article 2: Alterations of district ward boundaries


(1) The area that ceases to be part of the parish of Bodicote and becomes part of the parish of Banbury in consequence of the Cherwell District Council (Reorganisation of Community Governance) Order 2013 ceases to be part of the district ward of Adderbury, Bloxham & Bodicote and becomes part of the district ward of Banbury Calthorpe & Easington.
(2) In this article—
“district ward” means a district ward as named in the Schedule to the Cherwell (Electoral Changes) Order 2015.
