  "text": "In this Order—\n“the 2014 Order” means the Cherwell District Council (Reorganisation of Community Governance) Order 2014;\n“county electoral division” means an electoral division established by article 4 of the Oxfordshire (Electoral Changes) Order 2012;\n“ordinary day of election of councillors” has the meaning given by section 37 of the Representation of the People Act 1983.",
