  "long_title": "This Order makes changes in the boundary between the county of Cheshire and the metropolitan county of Merseyside, affecting the Cheshire borough of Ellesmere Port and Neston, and the metropolitan borough of Wirral. The general effect of the changes is as follows—realignment of the boundary in the vicinity of Newhall Cottages, Mapleoak Kennels and Lyndale Farm to follow the line of Boathouse Lane and Chester High Road;transfer to Merseyside of area including Westwood Grange Country Club, so that the boundary follows the line of the path which crosses Neston Road to the south of the Club and Westwood Lodge, and to the north of Yew Tree Farm; andalterations in the vicinity of the M53 motorway at Hooton, affecting the area north of Hooton Road, and the areas of Hooton Park Farm, Hooton Gardens and Hooton Park and the neighbouring oil storage depot.",
