# The Cheshire (District Boundaries) Order 1988, Article 3: Town and Country Planning


Any provisions of a local plan adopted by the Vale Royal District Council which apply immediately before 1st April 1988 to the area transferred by this Order shall continue to have effect in relation to that area as if they were part of such a plan adopted by the Chester City Council.
