# The Cheshire (Structural Changes) Order 2008, Article 23: Amendment of the Borough of Congleton (Electoral Changes) Order 1998


(1) The Borough of Congleton (Electoral Changes) Order 1998 is amended by the omission of article 9 (parish elections).
(2) Nothing in paragraph (1) shall affect the elections to be held in 2008 of parish councillors for the parishes of Betchton, Church Lawton, Hassall and Holmes Chapel.
