# Chevening Estate Act 1959, Paragraph 11


Any statement in writing by the Boardto the effect that any contract deed act or thing signed executed or done by the Boardis signed executed or done in pursuance of the trusts powers and provisions contained in these presents shall in favour of any purchaser mortgagee lessee or other person dealing with the Boardbe conclusive evidence of that fact.
