# Chevening Estate Act 1959, Paragraph 30


(aa) the Board shall be the trustee hereof for the purposes of the Settled Land Act 1925
(d) For the purposes of section 22 of the Administration of Estates Act 1925 Coutts & Companyshall (notwithstanding anything herein contained) be deemed to be the trustee hereof at the death of the Settlor
