  "text": "If at any time after the Canadian High Commissioner has become entitled to occupy use and enjoy the Chevening Estate under the provisions of Clause 5 hereof either (a) during any continuous period of twelve calendar months (such period beginning at a date after the Canadian High Commissioner has become entitled as aforesaid) no Canadian High Commissioner shall have occupied Chevening House or (b) the Canadian High Commissioner notifies the Boardin writing that the Government of Canada desires to determine the trusts herein declared in favour of the Canadian High Commissioner then and in any such event the trusts declared by Clause 5 hereof in favour of the Canadian High Commissioner shall absolutely determine and the Chevening Estate and the Contents shall be held upon trust to permit the Nominated Personto occupy use and enjoy the same as a furnished country residence and estate for such period or periods continuous or discontinuous as the Nominated Personmay think fit",
