  "text": "A person guilty of an offence under this Part of this Act shall be liable—\n(a) on summary conviction, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum . . ., or both; or\n(b) on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to a fine, or both.",
