  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) Order 1986 in order to add Belarus, Estonia, Fiji, Latvia, Peru, Uruguay and Uzbekistan to the list of Contracting States to the Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction, done at The Hague on 25th October 1980 (Cm. 33); and to add Latvia to the list of Contracting States to the European Convention on Recognition and Enforcement of Decisions concerning Custody of Children and on Restoration of Custody of Children, signed at Luxembourg on 20th May 1980 (Cm. 191). The opportunity has also been taken to update the previous reference to the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, which is now called Serbia and Montenegro.",
