  "text": "(1) The 1954 c. 33 (N.I.) Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954 shall apply to Article 1 and the following provisions of this Order as it applies to a Measure of the Northern Ireland Assembly.\n(2) For the purposes of this Order—\n(a) a person shall be regarded as taking a child if he causes or induces the child to accompany him or any other person or causes the child to be taken;\n(b) a person shall be regarded as sending a child if he causes the child to be sent;. . .\n(c) a person shall be regarded as detaining a child if he causes the child to be detained or induces the child to remain with him or any other person and\n(d) references to a child's parents and to a child whose parents were (or were not) married to , or civil partners of, each other at the time of his birth shall be construed in accordance with Article 155 of the Children (Northern Ireland) Order 1995 (which extends their meaning).",
