  "text": "(1) A person guilty of an offence under this Order shall be liable—\n(a) on summary conviction, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum, or to both;\n(b) on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 7 years.\n(2) No prosecution for an offence under Article 3 shall be instituted except by or with the consent of the Director of Public Prosecutions for Northern Ireland.",
