# The Child Arrangements Order (Consequential Amendments to Subordinate Legislation) Order 2014, Article 13: Amendment of the Housing Benefit Regulations 2006


In paragraph 25(1)(ba) of Schedule 5 to the Housing Benefit Regulations 2006 (sums to be disregarded in the calculation of income other than earnings), for “residence” substitute “child arrangements”.
