# The Child Arrangements Order (Consequential Amendments to Subordinate Legislation) Order 2014, Article 16: Amendment of the Employment and Support Allowance Regulations 2008


In paragraph 26(1)(b) of Schedule 8 to the Employment and Support Allowance Regulations 2008 (sums to be disregarded in the calculation of income other than earnings), for “residence” substitute “child arrangements”.
